Abstract: This book is set in the village of Edgewood, and centers around the Tony Hill Meeting House where the Dorcas Society meets. This book tells us about the lives of those involved in the Society, and about the repairs that they support at the Meeting House. There is also a love story between Justin Peabody, one of the members, and Nancy Wentworth.
